    "content": "This relates to the issue of the Stamp Duty again on the trust issue. If you buy a house, you pay Stamp Duty. If you want to transfer it to a trust, you will be expected to pay Stamp Duty again. That is double taxation. Therefore, this is to eliminate that element of double taxation around that matter.
