    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This is a very progressive amendment. I think there is a criminal act that employers have been committing in this country and more particularly in the public sector. The only thing I wanted to point out is that in future, it should be considered because as an accountant, I like things which are clear. If the KRA collects the money, it should not keep it for any reasonable time. So, it should spell out to KRA to remit the money immediately or at what particular time. The KRA can also play games. We know how it is not even paying tax refunds to taxpayers. Maybe we need to add something going forward that they should remit immediately or we set reasonable time."
