    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to strongly support this amendment. The people who have, through the whole history of this country, been denied resources because of the perceived nature of their place and low population are further being subjected to this new Constitution where they will further be subjected to lesser representation. It is time we corrected injustices on representation of the marginal areas."
