    "content": "In reviewing the Second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2020/2021, the Committee held four meetings, including one consultative meeting with the National Treasury. Further, the Committee received submissions from departmental committees in relation to proposed expenditure changes within their purview. The outcome of these deliberations has informed the various recommendations contained in this Report. If approved, these recommendations will form the basis of the passage of the second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2020/2021."
