    "content": "Other notable reductions, is a reduction of Ksh955 million from the budget of Parliament. It is important for Members to note that these are funds that were supposed to go to purchase furniture for the new office. Basically, because of time constraints and lack of absorption, which, of course, was occasioned by the Exchequer releases, we have decided to reduce it. When time will be right for them to do the procurement, we will avail the funds."
