"content": " Yes, the next vote. As I said, I did not expect anyone thinking in that direction given the seriousness of what we are discussing at this moment but I forgive my brother. You never know. I was saying this is a time we must review some of our development projects and ensure those projects that can be completed within the next one year are well funded. I am happy with the Committee on Budget and Appropriations for accepting one of our proposals in my committee. This is where we want to complete some of the children’s homes that were built but not completed. I must say that this morning I did visit one of them and saw that it is well done but not complete. Children cannot get in because we need some funds to complete the buildings. This is despite the fact that these children, wherever they are, live in congested places. It is unfortunate at this time to have congestion in some of these facilities because you never know when the pandemic may migrate into those facilities. I must say I am happy with the Committee on Budget and Appropriations for having accepted that request that we put in some money in Joska Children's home and Bungoma Children's Home so that the two facilities can be built to a level of being usable to the children.
