    "content": "We need to start what we can manage, finish and pay, so that we do not destabilise other people’s lives. If auctioneers knock at your door when you have borrowed and you are unable to pay, you will have no excuse, but to be auctioned and you will have nothing to claim. The Government will look at you and even if you cry, they will not listen because there are systems on how you should be paid. As I finish, I would like to say that we need to relook into pending bills and be very serious on how to pay for the projects and works done."
