    "content": "These are issues we need to look into because we have powers as Members and we make laws in this House. We passed the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act and Regulations and the relevant State departments through their accounting officers are not following them. We have the capacity to summon senior officers and even junior ones to appear before the Committee. We find that most officers do not follow the laws. I say this as an MP, a Member of the Speaker’s Panel and Vice-Chair of PAC."
