    "content": "That, notwithstanding, what we need to do is to bring this thing of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) back to this House. Before they make any decision there, they need to consult this House. They should make a decision subject to what the House will say so that we can cushion Kenyans. At the end of the day, tax measures and everything else must come to this House for approval. Why can we not make the regulatory authority to bring their matters here so that we, as the representative of the people, can look at what it is before they make those announcements?"
