    "content": "require that regulations be put in this House so that the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, whatever its new name is, brings those new taxes or new fuel prices they are putting in place to this House so that Members here can deliberate and accept or reject. Secondly, I would like to comment on the second Petition by my brother, Hon. Andrew Mwadime. The Ministry of Lands needs to up its game. As the population increases in this country, so is the demand for land. When you have the Ministry working as if there is no population increase in this country, you actually end up with the kind of problems that we have. So, they need to up their game. The National Land Commission needs to up its game too so that they move in tandem with the population growth. Otherwise, people will continue to be dispossessed of their lands while the Ministry is chasing the wind that it will never catch up with. Before I sit, I would like to congratulate my brother, Hon. Gikaria, and tell him that he is welcome to this side of the House."
