    "content": "Another important thing in this Bill is that it will lead to highest professional management of our blood in hospitals. I like what one Hon. Member said that you donate blood in the morning and in the afternoon, because the patient is in a critical state, the patient gets the blood. So, the question I always ask myself is whether we conduct all the necessary basic tests on that blood before it is pushed to another person. In this era of many complicated diseases, it is important that before you get this blood to your body, all the tests are conducted, so that you are sure to get the right blood."
