They might not have to go to Israel, but the reason the Seconder of the Motion said that they can go to Israel is because it has been in a situation where every time they are bombed and lose a lot of blood. Even in the last two weeks, we have been seeing what has been happening. As a result of that, they might be having a very effective way of ensuring that when one needs blood, one gets it in good time.
