    "content": "Many contributors have talked about donor protection, which I have seen in this Bill. I cannot over-emphasise the importance of donor protection. When you go for blood donation, are you explained the reasons sometimes your blood may not be used? Sometimes it is because it is not compatible with the recipient because of the blood group or the rhesus either negative or positive. But when you are told that your blood is not used because it is not good and reasons are not given, you may think you are suffering from HIV/AIDS."
