    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I stand to support the Kenya National Blood Transfusion Service Bill, 2020. I must say that this has come timely, and probably, as we often say, it is long overdue. I am sure many of us can recall that we have a certain department in the Ministry that has been handling blood transfusion matters. As all of us know, their services have not been equal to the task. That is why you find too many debts and medical problems as a result of inadequate blood or cases where there is no blood at all."
