    "content": "The compensation expected has not been forthcoming. We have been told how much has been expended on compensation of people who have suffered loss of property or even injuries. Most importantly again colleagues, we should ensure that the people expected to preserve and protect animals should not harass wananchi. They should not go beating up wananchi wherever they are. They should help wananchi, protect the animals and make them their friends. This is so that they can help in ensuring that this important resource of our country is protected and penetrates the entire country. I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
