    "content": " The amendment is in two parts. The first part is by deleting paragraph (c), removing the PS in charge of industrialisation. What we are saying is that you could easily have all PSs in that committee. But we are saying that we should have the one for finance and the one for planning. The rest should be co-opted on a need basis. That is what the amendment is trying to do."
