Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 19 by: (a) deleting paragraph (c) appearing in subsection (1) and substituting therefor the following new paragraphs- (c)guiding and advising contracting authorities in project structuring, procurement and tender evaluations; (ca) leading contracting authorities in contract negotiations and deal closure; (b) inserting the following subsection immediately after subsection (2) (2A) The Directorate shall issue standard bidding documents for use by contracting authorities."
