Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: - THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 37 by inserting the following – (a) new paragraph immediately after subsection (1) (c) – “(d) restricted bidding.” (b) new subsection immediately after subsection (2) – (2A) A contracting authority shall use standard bidding documents issued by the Directorate in all public private partnership procurement.
