It is important to include all operations of the county government in the County Integrated Development Plan because this is the main document that enables us to know where the county government lies in terms of development. Therefore, it will be good that even if the county government has entered into any kind of public private partnership, let it be known to Kenyans, especially through a structured document like County Integrated Development Plan.
