Ichung’wah knows the work that the Attorney-General has. The intent of this Bill is to fast track PPPs in Kenya. Therefore, we need to ask the people who are interested to invest their money in projects in Kenya. I urge my friend, Hon. Ichung’wah, to withdraw this amendment and we proceed."
