Members, I have received the information that we were waiting for from the Office of the Attorney-General and the information is to the effect that the Attorney-General was summoned at short notice to go and attend to matters at the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and apparently he did not understand that parliamentary affairs take precedence over other matters. However, now he will be made aware and I am sure he will not repeat this in the foreseeable future. So, we will defer the Question to Tuesday at 2.30 p.m. and maybe the Minister for Water and Irrigation wants to undertake to convey this information to the Attorney-General."
