"content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I think we should name and shame those who are missing. We, all the Hon. Members, cannot come here for nothing. We have just got Quorum even without ringing the Quorum Bell, yet Chairmen and Vice Chairs of Committees are missing. These two are supposed to be moved by the Chairman and the Vice Chairs. Like for the National Cohesion and Peace Building Bill, it is supposed to be moved by the Chairman of the Committee on National Cohesion and Equal Opportunity in which I was kicked out after only two months. These guys who are missing should be named and shamed so that the country knows them. They do not attend sessions, yet they are paid but are not here. I also want you to ask Hon. Mbadi to produce Hon. Junet. He has been missing in action for the past one week. He should produce him, dead or alive. I am missing him."
