I will start by thanking the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning for this very positive initiative of looking at ways of enhancing revenue. This is because every year we do the budgeting process and looking at the budgets, we seem to focus too much on the expenditure side with very little interest on how to generate more revenue."
