Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Culture and the Arts the following Question: (i) What plans, if any, has the Government put in place to secure a comprehensive medical insurance cover for football players who are in the national team and their dependents? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary state the assistance the Government has extended to Mr. Patrick Matasi, or his defendants, who plays for the national team, the Harambee Stars, following a road accident which occurred on 11th May 2021?"
