There was a balance of Kshs5.714 billion which had not been released as at this morning. I want to confirm to the Members that I have received confirmation from the National Treasury at 2.08 p.m. and I have no reason to doubt that, indeed, the money has been released. The difference will be the movement of the money from the National Treasury account to the NG-CDF account. The balance we required was Kshs5.714 billion"
