    "content": " For the benefit of those who were not listening to what I was saying, as of 2.08 p.m., this afternoon, I received confirmation from the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury, which confirmation I have no reason to doubt, that Kshs5.714 billion has been released to the NG-CDF Board by the National Treasury. This followed a lengthy discussion that we had this morning and over lunch time. We had similar discussions with the Chair of the NG-CDF. What remains is how the money flows from the National Treasury, through the CBK, to the Board, but the instructions were given through a conference call to the Accountant- General and the confirmation has been sent to me. That is the only thing I can confirm to you for now. The rest we will wait for tomorrow to see the money flowing from the Board to the respective accounts."
