    "content": "Supplementary Budget is important. It is within our standing Orders and the Constitution. What is the purpose of this particular second Supplementary Budget? Is it about Covid-19 or economic stimulus? What is it about? This House can blame the Executive for what we can respond in the appropriate manner. If the Budget and Appropriations Committee was not satisfied with the second Supplementary Budget, they would have said that they do not recommend it. They have only told us that it is bad but we should pass it. We, as legislators, must work for our people. We must do the right thing."
