    "content": "On this issue of pending bills, we realised that it is a grave concern. There are many Kenyans who are languishing in poverty because they have supplied the Government, but the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) or Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies (SAGAs) are not in a position to clear the pending bills. Like it has been said by our Chairperson, Hon. Kanini, we have seen, in the print media, four pages of Kenyans being auctioned. We have seen media houses hosting parties for auctioneers because they are giving them business. When we see that, you must realise that there are many Kenyans who borrowed money and now they are not in a capacity to repay the loan. That is the reason why auctioneers are coming for their necks. We must address that."
