    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 2 and substituting therefor the following new Clause— 2. The Treasury may issue out of the sum of twenty-two billion, eight hundred and fifty-six million, three hundred and eighty-seven thousand, seven hundred and twenty-six shillings out of the Consolidated Fund and apply it towards the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the 30th June, 2021.” This is more of a structural correction to ensure that the figures reflected here correspond to what is reflected in the National Treasury warrant. The original figure of the Bill was a net total, including both increments and reductions. The new figure being proposed in this amendment is the gross total increment. I beg to submit."
