Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am concerned with the reasons that the Leader of the Majority has given for stepping down the WAQF Bill that there are Members who have special interest in it. I also have very special interest in it and that is why I am here and I can even give you my points and issues I think are unconstitutional unless they relate to personal law. Why would you consider that some people have more special interest in a Bill than others? It will make sense if he is not prepared but not because some Members have more interest than others. We all have similar interests unless somebody has requested for a special reason to be given a chance. We can speak and stand in for other Members because we have all the time."
