    "content": "My only challenge is that if we put a very high standard for MCAs, we will be excluding very many women who can be MCAs and have not had the opportunity to get that education. So, in future, I encourage we stagger that law we passed to enable women go back to school and get degrees so that they can vie and we do not exclude them. It is a gender issue and even though my time was taken, I support and will bring certain amendments. Thank you."
