(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the status of the Moiben–Kuserwo Community Water Project that was launched in September 2017? (ii) What challenges has the project faced and what steps is the Ministry taking to address them? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary clarify whether the materials used in the project are of the required standard, especially the building materials and pipes? (iv) When is the project expected to be completed? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
