"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I find this response unsatisfactory. My first question asked whether the Ministry has policies. If they are in place, how are they operationalised? If they are not there, what are they doing to address the matter? When you look at the response, it is clear that the Ministry does not have any policy. It is clear that this response does not indicate that the Ministry admits that it does not have this policy and what they are doing to have it in operation. Many students or applicants are left out during intakes. The Ministry talks of how it does some consultations. That is why we have a problem in the Ministry on admissions. Not much has come out from this response. The Ministry has told us that they advertised twice. From this advert, only 683 students qualified. I expected the Cabinet Secretary to inform us of the number of students who applied. This would have indicated to us the number of applicants who were interested in joining, but did not get the opportunity."
