    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. There is no other better time that such a Bill could come to the House. It is coming at a time when there are many products in the market, including the blue pills that people take recklessly and cost the lives of the most senior members of the society. It is also a time when people are taking some necessary tablets which then change the colour of their skin. We seriously need a regulatory authority. As a Committee, we are going to rise to the occasion and work within the very shortest time to make sure that this is implemented. All stakeholders are going to be involved. I thank you."
