    "content": "Hon. Speaker, there is one provision which talks about a minor; that it is possible to get from a minor under 18 years. I do not agree with that and this is because the age of maturity is 18 years. A minor should not be put into this kind of situation whatever the case because you are thinking about the future. The future is when they will get to maturity. Additionally, there is another thing in this Bill regarding a dead person. I do not know when you are dead, how you can get it? I just do not know. Maybe, the Mover of the Bill should be telling me how you are going to get something out of a dead person, which I do not think is possible. Thank you Hon. Speaker and I wish to support, but with amendments."
