    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. At the outset, I support this Bill and am sorry I cannot contain myself. Despite the fact that I support it, I would like to say that the definition of the word ‘couple’ needs to be expanded. This is because as has already been said, a couple does not necessarily have to be a married. We have some 40 or 50years old who are single but intelligent and mature enough to make decisions, give consents and get into agreements of using the assisted technology to enable them have a child."
