    "content": "One of the scenarios which is worrying in this Bill – and I am happy we are going to make serious amendments during the Committee of the whole House – is contained in Clause 25 (3) where there are prohibited activities, including cloning and mixing of human beings with other animals and things like that. When it comes to minors, the law about minors cannot be amended in any other way by this Bill. It should not be interfered with because the age of consent is 18 years but if you look at the text, it says: “No person shall obtain a sperm or ovum from a donor under 18 years of age or use any sperm or ovum obtained from a donor under 18 years of age except for future human procreation by the minor."
