    "content": "Just like the time when I brought this Bill in the last Parliament, I am amazed at the numbers of Members of Parliament who have come to me who had children or trying to have children through assisted reproductive technology. One of the Members who got an opportunity to speak spoke on behalf of his wife. He gave me a horror story about what she went through. Because of the way she is stigmatised, she did not want to speak about it. Therefore, he said he would be here and will continue supporting the Bill. A lot of people are struggling."
