    "content": "In ending, in Homa Bay County, the COVID-19 situation, an issue which was raised earlier on, and even though we were not given an opportunity, is terrible. I normally deal with about 20 deaths in a week because my constituency is the epicentre of HIV/AIDS in the country. That has moved to between 40 to 50 deaths per week. I see the epicentres, but I do not want to mention them now and cause panic. A beach usually has very few people. I know a beach where within the last one month, we have had almost 10 deaths. That is very serious. I have spoken to the Cabinet Secretary for Health."
