    "content": "I also wanted to mention the fact that as we deal with the issue of impeachment of executive officers, we would also like to address the issue of recalling Members of County Assemblies (MCAs) and Members of Parliament (MPs). That law needs to be re-looked at so that those that are supposed to be recalled are actually recalled. There should not be witch-hunt of any form when you are doing your work. There could be people planning on how to get you out of Parliament or out of the county assembly. So, the law must also be made very clear when it comes to recalling an MP, MCA or a person elected to a certain position. If we strengthen the law related to this, we will make sure that there is harmony in the country. People will benefit. There will be more contribution. People will be working towards enhancing livelihoods and this country will move a step forward."
