I am in absolute agreement that there should be no gaps left whatsoever. We do not want a situation where politicians and governors are spending their entire time putting out fires because of witch-hunts and are unable to do what they were elected to do. The Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs welcomes amendments from Hon. Members. With those few remarks, I beg to reply."
