    "content": " Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have listened to the views of Members, particularly Hon. Zuleikha, and I think they are genuine. I agree that some of the issues here are still work-in-progress, including payment of compensation to the workers which has not been paid to date. The management had made an undertaking to us that they were going to pay. Also, the issue of issuance of contracts which they had indicated to us that they were going to issue from March 2020, but they suspended that exercise because of COVID-19, needs to be taken up. As I said earlier, our role as a Committee as per Standing Order No.209 is to simply indicate whether a resolution has been implemented or not and the extent of implementation.
