    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 48(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Education on the death of a Grade Two pupil in Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Nairobi County. In the Statement, the Committee should: (i)State the exact time the pupil was taken to the hospital, the condition she was in and identify the persons who took the child to the hospital including the relationship and the connection between them and the pupil. (ii)Indicate the identity of the hospital staff who received the pupil, their designation and proof of the condition of the pupil when received at the hospital."
