    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to comment on the Petition by the honourable Member for Kamukunji. The late Professor Wangari Maathai was a wonderful lady. She was the first African woman to win a Nobel Peace Prize. She put her efforts and life on line for a sustainable environment. I remember her words of the humming bird.
