I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government the following Question: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the status of investigations into the disappearance of one Dennis Kinoti of ID No.23700320, a resident of Meru Town who went missing on 14th February 2021 and a report of missing person made at Meru Police Station vide Occurrence Book (OB) No.OB98/15/02/2021? (ii) How many suspects have been apprehended or questioned in connection with the disappearance? (iii) What specific measures has the Government put in place to protect Kenyans from the spate of abductions, kidnappings and disappearances of persons that has been rampant in the country in the last one year?
