I will finish by saying that, as far as we are concerned, the seven schools and seven villages that are in Makima in the so-called TARDA land will remain there. That is because nobody has talked to the people of Makima. As a matter of fact, there is even a settlement scheme whose establishment the Government stopped four years ago from being occupied by land owners and they have not come back. What is so difficult about talking to people to find out what the problem is and solve it? Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for indulging me in my so-called lamentations. But you can understand our frustration when we have an irresponsive Government. It is really a shame!"
