    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I empathise with Hon. King’ang’i and the Members who have spoken, including Hon. Mbarire. The situation, as it sounds... I am not quite seized of what is on the ground, but the matter needs to be addressed in the manner the former CEO has said. At the outset, this should have been curbed at the initial stage, that is, before people faced off. They should have been able to sit down and amicably sort out the problem. They are now creating another problem for people who have nowhere to stay.
