Part A is consequential because it is talking about monitoring the work of the Kenya International Resource Identification Numbers Agency, which we have dropped. So, it is consequential. However, B seeks to improve Paragraph L. Paragraph L says: “Establish a centre for books to promote reading, writing and publishing in local languages, traditional knowledge and culture, information and advice advocacy, book development, and easy access to books”."
