In Clause 2(a), my amendment seeks to acknowledge that “book” is not only in the usual form that we know, which is physical, but we also have books in digital, audio and print forms. So, I am adding to have digital, audio and print. Secondly, for that subsection 2, I am also defining “member” to mean a member in relation to the board, immediately after the words “member means” and the reason is within the body of the Bill, we also refer to “a member of the library”. So, when you define a member without saying who you are referring to, then you will be importing an audible member of the library to be a member of the board.
