Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 11 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (3) by— (a) deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(c) holds a degree in medical laboratory science or management from a recognized university;” (b) deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(d)holds relevant qualifications in health systems management from a recognized university; and”.
